Radish microgreens punch well above their weight. At the sprouting stage, they’re packed with glucosinolates — sulfur-containing compounds your body converts into beneficial isothiocyanates. They’re also one of the more nutrient-dense microgreen varieties by volume, high in vitamin C, folate, and potassium relative to their size.
Most microgreen powders are heat-dried or air-dried. Heat destroys enzymes and degrades heat-sensitive compounds — you end up with a fraction of what the plant had at harvest. We freeze-dry ours instead. Freeze-drying removes moisture at low temperatures, locking the cellular structure, enzymes, and nutrients in place exactly as they were when we harvested. It’s how our competitors can’t keep up.

How to Use
Mix 1 tsp into 8–12 oz of water, juice, or a smoothie once daily. Stir or shake well. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after each use.
Try this smoothie: 1 tsp + 1 green apple (chopped), ½ cucumber, 1 cup coconut water & juice of ½ lemon. Blend & enjoy.
