Arugula microgreens have a distinct nutritional profile. Naturally high in dietary nitrates, which your body converts to nitric oxide — a molecule involved in blood vessel function and circulation. They’re also a meaningful source of chlorophyll and alpha-lipoic acid, an antioxidant studied for its role in cellular energy metabolism. If broccoli is the inflammation choice and radish is the detox choice, arugula is the energy and circulation choice.
Most microgreen powders are heat-dried or air-dried. Heat destroys enzymes and degrades heat-sensitive compounds — you end up with a fraction of what the plant had at harvest. We freeze-dry ours instead. Freeze-drying removes moisture at low temperatures, locking the cellular structure, enzymes, and nutrients in place exactly as they were when we harvested. It’s how our competitors can’t keep up.

How to Use
Mix 1 tsp into 8–12 oz of water, juice, or a smoothie once daily. Stir or shake well. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after each use.
Try this smoothie: 1 tsp + 1 frozen banana, ½ cup pineapple, 1 cup fresh spinach & ¾ cup almond milk. Blend & enjoy.
