Refund and return policy

At Latria Growers, your satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in the quality and care behind every product we make. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or refund under any of the following conditions:

  • It has been 30 days or less since delivery and the product has not been opened or used.

  • The product or its capsules arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item by mistake.

How to start a return:

  1. Contact us at CustomerService@LatriaGrow.com or use the Contact Form above, attach​ with your message your order number and reason for return.

  2. Please include a clear photo if your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the product back or receiving a replacement.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or wrong item received.
